Technicians are now on site with replacement equipment and are actively working to restore service in Lawrence County. Our Network Operations and field teams remain fully engaged and are working together to complete the necessary equipment changes and restore connectivity as quickly as possible.

Our Network Operations and field teams have identified the equipment involved in the Lawrence County service disruption and are actively working to restore connectivity. Alternate equipment is being brought to the site while permanent replacement equipment is also in transit.
